1:1 Coaching Session

We offer personalised 1:1 coaching services that are tailored to the individual needs and goals of our clients. 

We also offer online coaching for convenience and flexibility.

We understand the importance of finding the right fit when it comes to coaching. We offer a complimentary, no-obligation 'meet & greet' call before starting the first coaching session.

Intensive Coaching Session: € 110 / 90min

This is what to expect during our first session:

  • We'll be diving into your unique story through our specialised PREVENTIA questionnaire, designed to shed light on vital aspects of your life

  • We'll discuss your goals and expectations for the program, as well as any concerns you may have about your cognitive health 

  • We will provide you with an overview of essential dementia prevention strategies incorporating the PREVENTIA pillars

  • We'll work together to develop a personalised plan to build cognitive resilience

 

Follow-up Sessions: € 90 / 60min

Our subsequent sessions will focus on:

  • Implementing and refining your personalised plan

  • Addressing any challenges you may encounter along the way

  • We'll explore various aspects of dementia and its prevention in depth

  • We'll provide ongoing support and guidance on your journey to building cognitive reserve
